The Franklin County Humane Society has access to low cost Spay and Neuter services for companion pets as follows (includes a Rabies Shot:) Dogs $70; Cats $50. Since the Rabies vaccine is required by State Law, proof of the Rabies Certificate (not the actual tag) will be needed if the vaccination is current within the past year in order for the cost of the Rabies Shot to be waived.
